Pomodoro Timer is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Accuracy and intended use
The timer is a productivity aid, not a certified clock — we don't guarantee the countdown, chime, or browser notification will fire in every browser or device state (e.g. a throttled background tab). Don't rely on it for anything where a missed alarm has real consequences. You use it at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its results.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
