The service

Pomodoro Timer is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Accounts and the desktop app

The web timer is free and needs no account. To download the desktop app — and, later, to sync your completed focus sessions — you sign in with your Google account. We store only your email address and Google account ID to identify you; see our Privacy Policy for what is kept and how to delete it. You are responsible for activity under your account. The desktop installer is currently unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may warn on first run — install it at your own discretion. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, and you may request deletion of your account and data at any time via the contact below.

Accuracy and intended use

The timer is a productivity aid, not a certified clock — we don't guarantee the countdown, chime, or browser notification will fire in every browser or device state (e.g. a throttled background tab). Don't rely on it for anything where a missed alarm has real consequences. You use it at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its results.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Session data that has been fabricated or manipulated to affect the public leaderboard may be deleted, and the account responsible may be excluded from the leaderboard. The same applies to a public name that is abusive, impersonates someone else, or is used to advertise.

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any change.
