Pomodoro Timer

Contact

Pomodoro Timer is run by a small, independent team. There is no support desk and no ticket system — messages go to a real inbox that we read. If you write to us about a bug, you will get a reply from the person who can fix it.

We aim to reply within a few days. It is one inbox, so a message sent over a weekend will usually be answered the following week.

What to write about

  • Bug reports — the timer drifting, the float window failing to open, a session not being counted, audio not playing, or anything that looks broken on your device.
  • Feature ideas — an interval, preset, sound, or option you wish the timer supported.
  • Corrections — a factual error in anything we have written about the Pomodoro Technique. We would rather fix it than leave it.
  • Privacy questions — what we store, what our analytics and ad partners see, or a request relating to your data.
  • General feedback — anything that would make the tool more useful.

Helping us reproduce a bug

Timer bugs are usually specific to a browser or an operating system, so the fastest fixes come from reports that say which browser and version you were using, which device and OS, what you did, and what happened instead. If the problem involves the floating window, it is worth mentioning whether your browser supports Document Picture-in-Picture — support varies, and the timer falls back to a normal tab when it is unavailable.

Before you write

A few things are answered on the site already: how the technique works is covered in what the Pomodoro Technique is, the desktop version is on the download page, and what we store and why is set out in our Privacy Policy. Your settings and session history are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device, so we cannot look up or restore a history that has been cleared — there is no copy on our side to recover.

What we cannot help with

We are not able to give medical, psychological, or academic advice. Pages on this site describe a time-management method and nothing more; if you are looking for help with attention difficulties or a diagnosis, that belongs with a qualified professional rather than with us.
